🍇 About grape:

Our entrepreneurial spirit drives us in what we do and what we are passionate about. Our mission is to become the premier health partner in the insurance business. Recognising the need for innovation in the traditional employee insurance model we are set to revolutionize the employee insurance industry. We help companies support people before and after they get sick and to make more of their time. Our insurance solutions reduce monotonous and manual work for employees, doctors, HR & payroll managers. As we strive to lead a technology-driven transformation, we put employees first.

At grape we pride ourselves on our people and our culture. We continue to grow fast and that’s where you come in. Our team is dynamic, diverse and full of creative ideas. Want to join? We can’t wait to get to know you!

We’re not looking for experience—that’s what you’ll gain throughout this internship—we’re looking for motivation and a “doer” mentality! As our Marketing Intern, you will assist in brainstorming and coordinating brand and communications initiatives, ensuring consistency across our channels. You will also gather data to shape our future marketing and brand strategies. In addition to supporting our strategic planning for 2025 and beyond, you’ll focus on creating and distributing content, mainly for organic channels. Whether it’s a blog post, customer stories for our website, a social media post, or an event invite, you know how to engage audiences. You’re a natural storyteller confident in conducting research and writing content in both German and English.(who isn’t afraid to conduct your own research, pick up the pen, and write content in both German and sometimes English)

🔍What you’ll do:

    • Contribute to the development of the 2025 marketing plan and editorial calendar for organic channels
    • Write compelling content that connects with our target audiences, boosts engagement, supports organic growth, promotes our products and services, and enhances brand awareness
    • Revise and refine content pieces in German and English before publication, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and tone consistency
    • Distribute marketing collateral on social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to reporting
    • Organize, review, and analyze data to create insightful reports that drive decisions
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform content and strategy
    • Support Brand and Communications with daily tasks and event planning

🛠️ What you’ll need:

    • You are fluent in German, both spoken and written. English proficiency is a plus!
    • You have excellent attention to detail and are skilled at editing and proofreading your own work
    • Marketing or branding experience is nice to have but not essential—we’re more interested in your passion and creativity
    • You’re proactive, with a strategic mindset and a “get it done” attitude to keep projects moving
    • You ask questions and communicate insights clearly to drive action
    • You are comfortable managing multiple tasks, platforms, and assets in creative content production
    • You are a natural collaborator who enjoys brainstorming and challenging ideas to make them stronger.

💡What you will learn:

    • Hands-on experience with content creation, social media strategy, and marketing planning
    • Exposure to brand and communications strategy, and their integration with marketing
    • Data collection, analysis, and structuring skills, and how to transform insights into reports
    • Insights into marketing performance analysis and reporting
    • The opportunity to work closely with experienced marketers and gain invaluable industry insights.
