🚀 Your role:
Our people team is expanding. We’re looking for our first TA Business Partner. This role is ideal for someone driven to discover top-tier talent and passionate about creating high-performing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process and have the opportunity to shape together with the Head of People the TA function.

🔍 What you’ll do:

    • Act as a true partner to the business by being the main point of contact for all Talent related topics and advising managers and team members on their respective departments
    • Develop job descriptions, coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate feedback. Ensure a professional candidate experience
    • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying needs to sourcing, interviewing and onboarding
    • Conducting market research to understand hiring trends, providing insights and recommendations to the people team and organization
    • Build and maintain a diverse and robust talent pipeline for all roles
    • Ensure accurate information in our ATS Lever and build TA processes. You enjoy working on recruitment operational tasks
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for TA-related inquiries
    • Lead Talent projects together with the people team
    • Promote our brand through recruitment marketing
    • Act as a brand ambassador, representing grape at industry events

🛠️ What you’ll need:

    • 5+ years of experience as a TA Business Partner/Recruiter in-house with experience in recruiting and hiring internationally
    • A driven professional with a passion for talent sourcing. Finding and hiring great talent is what drives you
    • A solid understanding of data-driven hiring: you use data to optimize recruitment efforts in areas such as: time to hire, hiring forecast, cost per hire
    • Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders
    • Experience in recruitment within the insurance industry is a nice to have
    • Highly service-oriented, a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
    • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written), German is a nice to have

Step 1 - Your Application: Our talent acquisition team and hiring manager will review your application and respond within one week.
Step 2 - Your Motivation: We'll invite you to a 30-minute motivational chat with our talent acquisition team so we can get to know each other better.
Step 3 - Your Role & Culture Fit: You’ll have two more interviews to confirm your fit for the selected role and our culture. In case of highly technical roles we’ll additionally assess the specific skills you’ll need for your role.
