Your role:
As a Claims Manager, you’ll play an essential role in our exciting international environment. You will be the primary point of contact for claims, handling submissions through our fully digital software solution and often acting as a main point of contact for clients, actively shaping their experience
What you will do:
- Coordinate efforts with customers, service providers, and partners to manage claims.
- Provide expert advice and support to corporate clients.
- Oversee claims processing in KTG / IJM.
- Verify coverage and payments for sick leave cases.
- Implement case management strategies and explore recourse options.
- Actively manage cases, obtain medical records, and collaborate with social insurance entities.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the employee insurance space (KTG/ IJM or UVG/LAA).
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in new technologies within the insurance sector.
- Passionate about exploring innovative approaches to prevention and reintegration for employees.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with partners and support employees during their leave.
- Team player attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluent in French with either English or German as a second work language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Medical or coaching expertise is a plus.
- Experience with international employee insurance and benefits solutions is an advantage.
