Your role:
As our first Product Support Manager at grape, you will be responsible for building up our internal support operations. You will sit at the intersection of our Product and Engineering teams, acting as the crucial layer that stabilizes our internal processes. Your mission is to build the infrastructure, triage systems, and knowledge management culture required to scale our operations effectively. By ensuring that internal teams receive high-quality support and that our Engineering Leads are shielded from operational noise, you will directly influence our product stability and the efficiency of our roadmap delivery.
