🚀 Your role: 

As a UX/UI Designer at grape, you will be at the heart of our innovation, collaborating with a dynamic, interdisciplinary team to design the User Experience for our web-based products.
The Product Team is at the heart of the companies innovation and is empowered to explore new ideas and have a significant impact on the company's future.

🔍 What you’ll do:

    • Improving and making our platform usable, enjoyable, and accessible.
    • Design pixel-perfect User Interfaces for our platform.
    • Create interactive prototypes that address customer problems and create solutions (we use mostly Figma)
    • Stakeholder management: Working together with Customer Success and Product Manager to conduct User Research and Usability Testing sessions with our clients
    • Supporting on implementing customized experiences and understand product specifications
    • Work closely with our Frontend & Backend Engineers to manage and develop grape’s Design System
    • Create a hand-off ready design files for our Frontend Engineers
    • Improve and document interaction patterns and components in grape’s Design System to insure Consistency and Accessibility on our Platform
    • Product performance metrics and tracking improvements

🛠️ What you’ll need:

    • At least 5+ years of experience in User Experience or Interaction Design preferably for B2B SaaS products
    • Ability to creatively solve problems while maintaining focus on the overall business strategy and long-term goals
    • Experience working closely with engineering teams
    • Strong visual design skills
    • Good knowledge in Figma, designing with components and design tokens
    • Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and customers
    • Proficient in English and German
