🚀 Your role:
Our People team is expanding and we are looking for a highly-motivated TA Business Partner to help build high-performing teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, has a strong understanding of the local market and is passionate about hiring top talent across a variety of roles.
You will own the full recruitment cycle focusing on non-technical roles that are critical to business functions. Proficiency in German and familiarity with the Swiss market are highly desirable to succeed in this position.

🔍 What you’ll do:
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advise them on recruitment strategies and talent needs for their team
- Develop job descriptions for non-technical roles, coordinate interview schedules and oversee candidate feedback while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a range of roles, from sourcing through offer stage
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of hiring trends, leveraging insights to improve TA strategies
- Build and maintain a diverse and robust talent pipeline for key business functions
- Maintain accuracy in our ATS (Lever) and continuously improve processes for efficiency and scalability
- Drive talent projects and initiatives in collaboration with the people team
- Actively promote our brand through recruitment marketing and industry events
- Represent grape as a brand ambassador, network with the local market to attract top talent
🛠️ What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of in-house experience as a TA Business Partner/Recruiter with a proven track record in international recruitment
- A passion for talent sourcing - finding and hiring great talent is what drives you
- To be adaptable and ready to contribute to a variety of tasks as we continue to scale
- A solid understanding of data-driven hiring: you use data to optimize recruitment efforts in areas such as: time to hire, hiring forecast, cost per hire
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders
- Highly service-oriented, a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Fluency both in German and English (written and verbal)
- Experience in recruitment within the insurance industry is a nice to have
