Who we are 

Genomines is a young biotechnology company based in Paris and Saclay, specialized in sustainable extraction of Nickel from plants. Our Team has already been active for 2 years, focussing mainly on research and development. The mission of Genomines is to usher in a new era of sustainable mining by using genetically enhanced plants to extract metals from soil (agromining). Through synthetic biology and cutting-edge technology, we harness the power of nature to create bioengineered plants that can extract metals while decontaminating soils and creating cleaner lands for agriculture. Our ultimate goal is to become the world's first carbon-neutral mining group, using sustainable and environmentally friendly methods to extract the precious resources our society needs. 

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Talent and Human Resources Intern who will play a key role in coordinating and implementing HR and recruitment strategies to support our growing team. You will be responsible for improving operations and managing key projects related to human resources and recruitment.


Educational background

Currently pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a business, communication, engineering, or equivalent university program with a specialization in Human Resource
Prior experience (internship, apprenticeship) in a Human Resources department, preferably in talent acquisition or talent management
Students with a strong ability to work in a dynamic environment
Proactive problem-solving skills

HR & Administrative Management

    • Manage employee absences and leaves, maintaining calendars and handling requests
    • Assist in preparing internal communication related to HR (event announcements, policy updates, etc.)
    • Handle employee correspondence and requests in a professional and confidential manner
    • Participate in professional events and trade shows


    • Anticipate recruitment needs for interns and apprentices (recruitment deadlines)
    • Contribute to the drafting of job postings, distribution via various tools (ATS, job boards, social media, etc.)
    • Participate in CV pre-screening, candidate pre-qualification, and scheduling of interviews
    • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS): track applications, respond to candidates, create automation campaign
    • Participate in recruitment interviews and prepare interview summaries.
    • Execute direct outreach actions (hunting, school forums)
    • Support the recruitment team in event organization (school relations, after-work events, recruitment nights, meet-ups)
    • Ensure an exemplary candidate experience at every step of the processStay informed about HR trends to propose innovative practices

Talent Management

    • Assist the team in the Talent Review process to identify key talents globally.
    • Contribute to the launch of large-scale HR projects for the development of young talents
    • Create and/or update reference documents in HR development, in collaboration with the Communication teams (welcome kit, onboarding guide, internal policies, etc.)
    • Conduct competitive HR trend analysis to propose innovative practices
    • Consolidate weekly activity reporting

Talent Development

    • Manage the onboarding process for new talents
    • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of annual performance reviews
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs
    • Assist in internal event management
