QA Online Tester
WHAT’S THE ROLE?
The QA Online Tester will be responsible for testing and supporting the development of Frontier’s websites, online tools, and services. This role works independently and collaboratively with the Web and Business Systems team to ensure quality, maintain documentation, and provide feedback to improve usability and performance.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Maintain and create test suites for online projects.
- Identify, log, and regress issues with clarity and accuracy.
- Execute ad-hoc test requests and support cross-functional teams.
- Provide feedback on design, accessibility, and user experience.
- Contribute to documentation and test planning.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Previous QA experience in games, software or web testing with a solid understanding of QA tools, procedures and workflows
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of website testing and design.
- Familiarity with mobile and desktop platforms.
- Experience working collaboratively across teams to deadlines with excellent communication and documentation skills.
BONUS IF YOU HAVE
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility testing and API/server environments.
- Understanding of Agile workflows and version control systems.
- Games industry experience or strong interest in gaming.
