WHAT’S THE ROLE?
 
The HRBP will take responsibility for the implementation and success of HR initiatives and policies, including but not limited to leadership development, organisational development, employee relations and change processes. This role has line management responsibilities for the Senior HR Advisor within their workstream.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    • Working proactively with teams across the company to gain an understanding of key business drivers.
    • Building and maintaining effective relationships with managers and leaders to support the objective of having highly engaged and performing teams.
    • Identifying the need for, delivering and evaluating a range of people and change projects to support business needs.
    • Providing guidance and coaching on people practices such as restructures and succession planning.
    • Identifying, proposing, implementing and evaluating forward thinking initiatives, projects, and practices that support individual teams and the company, engaging relevant stakeholders and working in partnership to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Using a variety of HR metrics and data to identify people priorities for the business and address future workforce needs.
    • Supporting the development and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and policies in line with best practice.
    • Supporting the annual pay review and quarterly promotion processes by working alongside senior stakeholders and checking that proposed pay reviews are appropriately rewarding our best performers.
    • Mentor and develop the Senior Advisor within your workstream, and other members of the wider HR team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

    • CIPD level 7 qualified or equivalent experience.
    • HR experience to a strategic HRBP level, ideally within a technical or creative industry.
    • A motivated self-starter, confident and able to navigate and lead through change.
    • Adaptable and flexible in response to uncertainty and changing business priorities.
    • Resilient with the ability to confidently challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
    • Proven strength in problem solving, time management and decision-making.
    • Demonstratable experience collating and analysing data against key HR metrics.
    • A strategic thinker, able to see the bigger picture whilst also ensuring their workstream and the wider HR team provide excellent advisory and administrative service to our people across the full employment life cycle.
    • Working knowledge of current employment legislation.
    • Track record in delivering HR projects.
