This role is offered on a full in-studio basis or a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days per week in the studio). We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

We are looking for a Senior Producer to join us on our Jurassic World Evolution team to help shape one of Frontier’s most recognisable management simulation franchises.

As a Senior Producer, you will coordinate major areas of development and deliver compelling, high-quality experiences for players. You will also work closely with multi-discipline teams across design, art, animation, code, audio, QA and publishing and play a key role in driving features, content and improvements from concept through to release.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Coordinating development across significant areas of the project
Supporting cross-discipline teams in delivering exciting features and content
Utilising JIRA and other planning tools to organise, schedule, and monitor progress
Creating and refining pipelines that help developers work efficiently and sustainably
Maintaining trust and communication with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners
Identifying risks and blockers and finding solutions to emerging issues
Leading sprint planning, stand-ups and reviews

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Proven experience as a Senior Producer with at least two shipped PC or console titles
Solid understanding of Agile development practices
Ability to communicate confidently across all organisational levels
Strong collaborator who can facilitate cross‑discipline teamwork
Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

Experience with JIRA or similar production tracking tools
An interest in management simulation games
