We are looking for an experienced Digital Learning Designer to join our newly formed Education team within our Customer Success team.
We are responsible for building training materials to help our customers learn, use and love Forecast. You will be integral in revamping the Customer Onboarding process, designing and creating content specifically for them.
We are committed to ensuring our colleagues have the skills, knowledge, and experience in line with our company mission and brand purpose. You will be instrumental in creating an interactive content library in our new internal Learning Experience Platform (LearnAmp) to support our colleagues in learning, growing, and achieving their personal and professional goals.

What you'll do

    • Work with product, sales, and other subject matter experts to understand product features and functionality
    • Design, develop, and deliver engaging, fresh, and impactful learning experiences tailored to the needs of internal and external customers
    • Create and maintain dynamic training assets, updated to reflect any changes to product features and functionality
    • Own your projects; you will have experience of the design life-cycle, from needs analysis to design
    • Support ongoing maintenance and administration of the LMS platforms
    • Assess training success through feedback, survey responses, completion reports, etc., and update materials and programs as necessary
    • To provide first-level troubleshooting for issues raised during training programs and support projects designed to continuously improve team operations, processes, effectiveness, and productivity
    • Assist with the delivery of training courses, whether face-to-face, online or remotely

What you'll have

    • Experience with learning and development methods, programs, processes, issues, and considerations
    • Design, develop, deliver and administer effective training programs across multiple platforms (i.e. virtual, web-based).Demonstrated knowledge of human behaviour, adult learning theory, and other factors that facilitate effective learning and development
    • Perform effective training needs assessment
    • Translate learning needs and requirements into learning solutions through instructional design and content development
    • Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening
    • Experience with video editing, image editing, and rapid e-learning tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, etc.
