Are you our next Forecaster?

After an phenomenal past year of growth during which Forecast opened a new office in London, more than doubled our revenue and solidified our position as a market leader, we’re now expanding with our first US office in New York! We’re on the hunt for our first US Recruiter who’ll be up front and centre in leading the hiring of the new team and our continued US expansion. With a significant portion of our revenue already coming from the US, the opportunity for our growth is huge.

 As a Recruiter at Forecast, you’ll be central to our efforts in attracting the very best talent in the market and building our brand new US team. Partnering with senior leadership, you’ll run recruiting efforts from sourcing, interview assessment building to offer & close. You’ll be a key influencer in our employer branding efforts, talent attraction plans and the continued development of the Talent function at Forecast - this is a seriously wide ranging role.


What you'll be doing

    • Source top level commercial & corporate hires with creative sourcing strategies and outreach plans - we're looking to bring the best talent in New York to our team!
    • Partner with hiring managers across disciplines in in hiring for both established teams and completely new roles to the business. While the initial hiring focus will be sales roles, this'll expand as we grow
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior internal stakeholders, providing key insight on the state of the local talent market and best practices in interview processes & candidate experience management
    • Manage the recruiting process end to end, from candidate approach all the way through to offer negotiation and close. Candidate experience is super important to us and we want to make sure every interaction with Forecast is one that builds a great impression
    • Contribute to key employer branding & culture building initiatives and efforts - you’ll be the first local People presence in the US so there’s plenty of opportunity of get involved in activity across the board!

What you'll ideally have

    •  Experience in a 360 recruitment capacity across disciplines with an emphasis on hiring SaaS sales roles - we’re looking to build a commercial team with the best talent in New York!
    • Ability to creatively source using a variety of mediums and build strong pipeline of candidates, engaging with top talent in the long term
    • Previous experience and comfort hiring in a fast paced/startup environment - as a growing business, you’ll be juggling lots of fast moving parts with varied stakeholders and you’ll need to prioritise accordingly
    • Strong stakeholder management skills on both internal and candidate sides
    • Great communication skills and a keen interest in supporting the development of our high energy but supportive culture
