To drive our continued growth and customer acquisition goals, we’re hiring a Marketing Specialist who’ll help us generate increased demand for the Forecast platform, by adopting a full funnel marketing approach and supporting all things digital.

You’ll have a passion for B2B marketing, innovation and results delivery, and experience delivering amazing customer experiences with a particular focus on virtual events and digital marketing. You’ll engage with key accounts throughout the customer’s journey from awareness through to upsell and generate marketing qualified leads for the sales team through targeted demand generation efforts and paid channels.

Your creative thinking ability combined with your affinity for numbers will be key as you focus on developing and optimising Forecast’s demand generation campaigns. Your precise attention to detail and comfort with a data and analytics led approach will be key as you maximise our channel performance. You’ll be a strategic thinker, excited by the impact that full funnel optimisation can have on our stratospheric growth!

What you'll do

    • Plan, manage and execute Forecast’s events programme including webinars, roundtables, trade shows and seminars
    • Partner with clients and prospects as well as internal stakeholders to create unforgettable events for every stage of the funnel, from thought leadership to education and conversion
    • Work closely with Content, Product, Sales and Customer Experience teams to create content and digital campaigns that attract, nurture and convert key accounts
    • Research organisations, prospects and media to partner with to boost awareness of Forecast and collaborate on promotional activities
    • Leverage a broad mix of marketing tactics to generate demand, including, event marketing, direct marketing and digital marketing
    • Own campaign reporting in HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Analytics to measure success
    • Develop a compelling narrative for the Sales team and enable them with training and materials to support demand generation campaigns

What you'll ideally have

    • T-shaped marketing skill-set - deep in B2B marketing, events and digital
    • Proficiency in Google Advertising Suite, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics
    • Strong copywriting, communication, presentation and creative branding skills
    •  Comfortable with strategic thinking and hands-on implementation, with close attention to detail
    • Strong bias to action, able to work at a very fast pace, and comfortable making quick decisions
    • Data-driven and analytical: you constantly measure results in an effort to improve and validate your approaches
    • Experience with Salesforce
    • Campaign development experience, from conception to execution, through to reporting and optimisation

Useful but not essential

    • Good understanding of attribution across marketing channels
    • Experience in SaaS
    • HubSpot experience
