Are you our next Forecaster?
To support our continued growth and customer acquisition goals, you’ll manage the strategy for SEO, PPC, and paid social, with the goal of building and optimizing pipeline generation. Reporting into the VP Marketing, you’ll work in close collaboration with our Digital Marketing Manager to deliver growth.
You’ll have a passion for B2B marketing, innovation and results delivery, and ideally experience managing a breadth of digital channels. Your precise attention to detail and comfort with a data and analytics led approach will be key as you maximize on our channel performance.
What you’ll do
- Own and execute day-to-day digital activities across a number of paid channels (PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates) to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Execute media plans and targeting, spend targets, bidding strategy and messaging strategy
- Craft creative campaigns and strategies to target and convert our future customers - taking a data driven approach and monitoring core metrics to deliver on goals and milestones
- Develop and manage SEO strategy, optimizing our existing webpages for search and defining opportunities for new content, providing direction to our freelance Copywriters
- Execute test-and-learn initiatives and optimize across marketing channels to improve performance, using analytics to monitor,report on, and action on campaign and website performance
- Partner closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success to ensure we’re amplifying our message in the right way for the right audiences and distributing our content across paid channels In collaboration with the VP Marketing, lead on the website, building out on-site user journeys and optimizing for conversion
- Work closely with RevOps to support marketing operations, attribution, and data movement through the funnel
What you’ll have
- Proficiency in Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, and additional paid channels, having managed and tracked progress to achieve business goals
- Expertise in marketing operations to help us manage the flow of leads, from top of funnel to closeExperience crafting campaigns across channels to generate demand
- A deep understanding of SEO and how to optimize webpages to get results
- Strong analytical skills - you’ll know your way around numbers and are able to make assessments of performance and subsequent recommendations around what you think we should be doing next
- Strong communication skills - you’ll be working cross functionally to support Sales, leverage Product, and be accountable to Finance for spend
- A testing mindset - you’ll be a creative problem solver, always on the lookout for new campaign types and channels to test to reach our target audiences, then learn and improve
- ABM experience a plus
$100,000 - $120,000 a year
For our cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US based roles based on the function and level of role, benchmarked against other similar stage companies. Final offer amounts are determined by candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
