Your role
- Drive the establishment of a scalable technical infrastructure to accommodate our impressive growth.
- Contribute to the newly formed platform team, specializing in developer efficiency and enhance the efficiency of every tech team by providing a robust platform foundation.
- Establish processes and governance to ensure the development and delivery of high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
- Identify and address technical debt to maintain a high standard of software quality aligned and ready to serve the evolving needs of our business.
- Collaborate with highly experienced colleagues across multiple teams as a senior technical leader.
Your profile
- Several years of engineering and architecture experience with a focus on APIs (REST, GraphQL), Microservices, and event-based systems.
- 7+ years of hands-on development experience in Node.js and/or Python. Bonus points for proficiency in PHP, React, and Go.
- Over 5 years of experience working with AWS services, including Lambda, Event Bridge, SQS, SNS, ALB, API Gateway, Cognito, IAM. Serverless framework expertise is a plus.
- 2 years in a lead position or similar role, demonstrating the ability to track and lead the development of long-running projects across multiple teams.
- Proven experience in leading Technical Discovery & Research, collaborating with Engineering Managers and Tech leads. Familiarity with IaC (Terraform is a plus), operating SQL and NoSQL databases, and the ability to mentor and advocate for best tech practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English, a positive mindset, and a solution-oriented attitude.

- Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 85,000€ and 105,000€ per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills and experience that you show during the recruitment process.
