As a Full stack Engineer at flaconi, you will be a key player in building and maintaining a scalable technical infrastructure to support our company's continuous growth. You will join our core service team, collaborating with internal stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver robust API solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues from various teams, tackling complex engineering challenges with a significant impact
Your role
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to innovate and differentiate our product
- Implement product features to enhance user engagement, experience, and potential monetization, guided by senior team members
- Engage in the full development cycle, from architectural design to deployment and maintenance, under mentorship from senior team members
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, including rigorous testing and deployment of features with guidance
- Proactively seek learning opportunities through coaching and mentorship, contributing fresh perspectives to product discovery sessions
- Actively participate in shaping product direction alongside Product Managers, leveraging your expertise and experiences
Your Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of development experience with Node.js/Typescript and React, Experience with Java is a plus
- Proficiency in building REST APIs
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, ideally AWS
- Experience with at least one traditional SQL database and one NoSQL database (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB)
- Familiarity with building CI/CD pipelines and proficient in debugging production systems
- Experience with Agile software development practices, including Scrum & Kanban
- Excellent English communication skills, a positive mindset, and a solution-oriented attitude

- Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 60,000€ and 80,000€ per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills and experience that you show during the recruitment process.
