We are looking for a Commercial planner (all genders) to act as one of the main analytical drivers to ensure the data-driven planning of our commercial operations. Having many touchpoints with a variety of different teams, you continuously develop and innovate our analytical tools to support flaconi on its journey to commercial success, while working in a number-driven, challenging and ambitious working environment.

Your role

    • Together with our Senior Commercial Planning Manager, you are responsible for the sales planning of all our markets and define the short and long-term commercial targets in close collaboration with the commercial, marketing, fulfillment and assortment departments
    • You regularly analyze sales performance, KPI’s, and other relevant metrics to measure the success of commercial strategies. Through regular collaboration with stakeholders and the C-level, you provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance and achieve business goals
    • As a true innovator, you bring new perspectives and ideas into our planning by developing advanced tools and processes together with our data analytics team. You continuously and independently develop our set of standard reports and planning tools
    • You regularly use SQL to query databases for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data relevant to commercial planning and analysis
    • You proactively monitor daily business performance, identify deviations, and provide strategic recommendations to address performance gaps. You are able to analyze the effectiveness of onsite campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for future initiatives
    • You visualize data and create compelling presentation slides, translating complex data insights into clear and impactful messages for stakeholders and executive leadership to facilitate a clear communication to cross-functional teams
    • At the same time, you are the contact person for ad hoc enquiries and special analyses, whereas your analysis’ results and recommendations will be shared with our senior leadership team

Your profile

    • Degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a comparable course of studies with a focus on data processing
    • At least three years of work experience in a consumer-oriented commercial, financial or highly analytical role. Previous experience in business planning and a good understanding of the P&L structure in e-commerce or retail is a must
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel or G-Suite, SQL knowledge is a must, previous experience with Tableau is an advantage
    • Business fluency in English combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong analytical skills paired with very detail-oriented working methods
    • A hands-on mentality with the willingness to continuously develop the position and the area of responsibility, as well as hunger to deliver results, get challenged, learn and improve yourself!

    • Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 53,000€ and 65,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
