We are looking for a Working Student in Category and Purchasing - Fragrance (all genders) to join our team of six to support the team with daily tasks, market research and performance analysis. If you will be enrolled as a student for a minimum of 1 year and want to develop analytical skills and understanding of the beauty industry and e-commerce then we would love to hear from you!
Your role
- You work closely with the Category and Purchasing Managers from the Fragrance team and are responsible for the entire process of launching new products and brands
- You track the order status and define measures if orders are delayed
- You support your team with operational tasks and keep product-related data up to date (e.g. out of stock, product visualisations, etc.)
- You are in direct contact with our suppliers (e.g. recording the required product data)
- You support the creation of our weekly category and brand performance reports.
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled as student in the field of business administration, economics or other relevant field
- You have a high proficiency and communication in both English and German
- You initial experience or basic understanding in using MS Office or G-Suite (especially Excel)
- You have an affinity for numbers and an analytical mindset
- You have a passion for beauty, especially perfume

- Full Transparency: For this role, we offer you a fixed hourly salary between 14€ and 16€. The salary you can expect will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process and the progress of your studies.
