Als Senior Ledger Accountant sind Sie verantwortlich für die ordnungsgemäße Finanzbuchhaltung, die Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie die Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse. Sie agieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für komplexe buchhalterische Fragestellungen und unterstützen das Management mit fundierten Analysen.

- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB (und ggf. IFRS)
- Verantwortung für die Hauptbuchhaltung, einschließlich Abstimmung und Pflege aller relevanten Konten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Richtlinien und Fristen
- Erstellung von Berichten, Forecasts, Abweichungsanalysen und Management-Reports
- Ansprechpartner*in für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und interne Stakeholder
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Buchhaltungsprozessen, Kontrollen und Workflows
- Durchführung komplexer Buchungen (u. a. Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen, Intercompany-Abstimmungen)
- Unterstützung im Bereich Cashflow-Management und Liquiditätsplanung
- Mitarbeit in Projekten, z. B. Systemeinführungen, Prozessautomatisierung oder Compliance
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Accounting oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im HGB, idealerweise zusätzlich IFRS-Know-how
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) und MS Excel
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Verständnis und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und in der Erstellung von Abschlüssen
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Persönliche Kompetenzen
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Genauigkeit
