As flaconi’s social media department, we’re building the go-to community space for everyone to engage with entertaining and inspiring beauty content. Thus, we are looking for a Junior Video Creator to join us. As part of our team, you will contribute to driving user engagement and brand awareness on our social media channels. Your role
- You create highly entertaining video content for our social media channels, mainly for TikTok and Instagram.
- With attention to detail and a sense of ‘’Zeitgeist’’, you create catchy hooks and compelling narratives.
- You handle the entire creation process, from conception to shooting, editing and publishing of the videos. In addition to this, you evaluate and iterate your published video content.
- Acting as a face of the company that our community can relate to.
- You contribute directly to the achievement of company goals, such as increasing brand awareness and user engagement.
- You encourage other employees to join you in front of the camera.
- Staying up-to-date with social media trends and adapt them with high speed.
Your profile
- Experienced in creating short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels) and effortless handling of the relevant social media apps.
- Very good video editing skills (e.g. TikTok, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong ability to act flexibly and implement quickly.
- You really enjoy acting in front of the camera and you know how to entertain, spread fun and engage with an audience!
- Familiar with the language, attitudes and expectations of Gen Z and Millennial users.
- Strong grasp of the newest social media trends and a passion for beauty.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Completed studies in the fields of Media, Communication, Marketing, Economics - or similar
- Sound understanding of social media marketing and user habits

- Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 36000€ and 42000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
