Our engineering department is responsible for building up and steadily improving one of the most important components that make our business as successful as it is - our marketplace. Dive into our tech stack of ReactJS, Redux, Symphony, node.js, AWS Lambda, AWS SQS and SNS, Flutter (... and many more!) and support one of our 6 different cross-functional teams to make our product unique. Your role
- Lead the development and refinement of customer flow and pre-purchase initiatives for flaconi within a cross-functional team.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, DevOps specialists, and stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize customer-facing solutions in the AWS cloud environment.
- Identify and overcome technical obstacles, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to ensure seamless functionality.
- Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes within the team, prioritizing customer impact and technical excellence.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing among peers to drive collective growth and advancement.

Your profile
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of proficient, hands-on expertise in Node.JS, showcasing your deep understanding and mastery of this technology.
- Prior exposure to PHP is highly advantageous and will be considered a significant asset in your role.
- Excel in designing and developing intricate systems within highly distributed cloud environments, seamlessly integrating various levels of test automation into your workflow. Familiarity with AWS and serverless architectures is preferred.
- Display a genuine passion for eCommerce, continually staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field to ensure your skills remain cutting-edge and impactful.
- Possess exceptional English communication skills, coupled with a proactive and positive mindset, and demonstrate a solution-oriented approach in tackling challenges.

- Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 62,000€ and 90,000€ per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills and experience that you show during the recruitment process.
