As part of the financial controlling team, you will play a key role driving and improving our financial reporting and planning. Here, you will not just work with numbers, but also be in an important interface position to communicate your results to management and our parent company. Your role
- In this role, you are a key player in flaconi's financial reporting processes. Hence, you will support month-end closing processes, variance analyses between different scenarios, such as actual figures, budget, forecast, etc
- Creation and optimization of internal and external financial reports, including the Profit & Loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements for stakeholders such as the CFO and the parent company
- You will support in financial planning processes and take over some responsibilities (e.g. opex planning)
- Implementation of controlling tools: Supporting the rollout of suitable controlling systems and BI tools for process optimization
- You will handle ad-hoc requests to ensure the quick availability of necessary reporting for management
Your profile
- At least 2+ years of relevant work experience in controlling/FP&A, ideally in a highly dynamic environment
- Experience in financial reporting and planning tools (e.g. Jedox, TM1, Tagetik etc.). Knowledge of HGB and IFRS is a plus
- Analytical mindset and an ability to communicate complex issues clearly and understandably
- Independent, motivated, and supportive team player
- Proficiency in spoken and written English

- Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 52,500€ and 63,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
