We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Campaign Manager (all genders) to join our expanding commercial department. As a member of the team made up of 8 colleagues, you will be supporting them in the areas of areas of content set-up and sales project management. Your role
- You will assist in the development, planning, and execution of sales campaigns, contributing to flaconi's continued online revenue growth.
- You will support our Campaign Management Team in content setups, ensuring high-quality and engaging online experiences for our customers.
- You will provide operational support to the team in daily business tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- You will collaborate effectively with other departments, including Demand, Graphics, CRM, Social Media, and International Teams, fostering a cohesive and successful working environment.
- You will assist in optimizing onsite engagement for sales campaigns through A/B testing, content adjustments, and the implementation of new campaign mechanisms.
Your profile
- You have previous experience in e-commerce, demonstrating a foundational understanding of online retail operations.
- You possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft and Google Workspace software, enabling efficient task management and seamless collaboration.
- You are a logical thinker with strong task and time-management skills, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed effectively.
- You have fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of commerce tools and dynamic yield would be a plus, showcasing your interest in and understanding of e-commerce technologies.

- Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 38,000€-47,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
