Your role
- You are the voice of our customers and the interface to our Content, Accounting and Logistic
- The communication with our customers is via telephone and e-mails to solve all of their inquiries and create a pleasant customer experience
- You solve customers inquiries independently and manage critical customer requests appropriately manner
- Additionally, you advise our customers regarding beauty and our products
- You ensure that our customers are completely satisfied through your personal and professional competence
- Through competency and friendliness you make sure that our customers are entirely satisfied
Your Profile
- Completed business apprenticeship or a similar degree
- Experience in customer service, preferably in beauty or e-commerce sector
- Ideally experience with sShopsystems like Commerce tools, Business Central and our ticket system Zendesk
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and google workspace
- You have a friendly demeanor and you are a teamplayer
- Very good communication skills, resilience, service–orientation, empathy and good problem-solving
- Fluent in Polish, German and good English skills

- Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 30,000€ to 33,000€ for a Junior position and 33,000€ to 37,000€ for a Manager position gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process
