In this Berlin-based role, as an SEO Manager (all genders) for Flaconi, you will focus on optimizing our online presence in the DACH market. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance our overall digital visibility and growth.
Your role
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for the DACH beauty market to boost organic rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Sistrix, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs. Provide regular reports with insights and updates to stakeholders
- Lead international SEO projects, collaborating with global teams to ensure strategy effectiveness and competitiveness
- Drive link-building campaigns and outreach to enhance domain authority and build partnerships with industry websites and influencers
- Work with content teams, web developers, and designers to integrate SEO best practices into website design and content
Your profile
- Experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, specifically in the beauty industry and DACH market
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, Sistrix, Screaming Frog or Ahrefs
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with web development technologies and CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful or Commerce Tools)
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams
- Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level), both in writing and speaking

- Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 44,000€ and 57,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
