We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior SEO Manager to join our international SEO team, focusing on the German-speaking markets. In this Berlin based role,, You will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive digital growth.

Your Role
- Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to the German-speaking market to increase organic rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, or Ahrefs
- Improve landing pages with a customer-centric approach and regularly produce SEO reports with actionable insights for stakeholders and management team
- Lead and manage international, cross-functional SEO projects from idea to execution
- Drive link-building campaigns and collaborate with relevant industry websites, influencers, and creators to increase domain authority
Your Profile
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the beauty industry and with a focus on the German-speaking market.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, or Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical skills—you know how to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to achieve and exceed goals.
- Familiarity with web development technologies and CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful or Commerce Tools) to effectively communicate with developers and implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and coordinate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher) in both written and spoken communication.
Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 52,000€ and 69,600€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
