About us
Dealing with death is hard, and here at Farewill we are on a mission to change that. We use technology to seamlessly connect beautifully designed online experiences with world-class human support that makes every death a simple, affordable, brighter goodbye. We started in December 2016 when we launched our online wills business. Since then we’ve launched our probate and funeral businesses, raised £700m+ in pledged income for Charities, built a team of 70 Farewillians, and raised capital from some brilliant investors. We’ve won a tonne of awards and have through-the-roof NPS & Trustpilot scores.
The role
For generations, writing a will has been a slow, expensive and inconvenient process. We created Farewill to change that, and we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people across the UK to make a will. Farewill is the UK’s largest and most loved will provider, blending innovative products with smart technology and outstanding customer service. We’ve been awarded National Will Writing Firm of the Year for the last 4 years running, but we know there’s more we can do. We’re looking for an energetic product lead to take our hero offering to the next level.
The Lead Product Manager will report directly into our Chief Commercial Officer, working together to translate company strategy into product strategy. The role will be a leader of Farewill’s wills product, and part of the leadership team.
