The Role
As an Executive Assistant in Everseen you will be the trusted right hand to senior leaders, keeping priorities on track and operations running seamlessly. You’ll enable better decisions through sharp coordination, polished materials, and proactive follow-through.

This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
What you’ll do
- Deliver comprehensive executive support to Everseen’s CRO, CEO and SVP of Operations, including proactive calendar management, meeting coordination and inbox management.
- Act as a key point of contact, liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the leaders you support.
- Working with Everseen’s travel team, coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, managing schedules and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, review, and submit expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Track key actions, deadlines, and priorities, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Plan and coordinate team meetings, events, and workshops, overseeing logistics, communications, and documentation.

Profile and Skills
- You have at least 3-4 year’s experience in an Executive Assistant role working with senior leaders in a busy, changing environment.
- Experience of working in a globally reaching role across multiple time zones is required.
- You have high energy and a willingness to adapt. You have excellent problem solving skills and can do attitude.
- Sense of urgency is paramount, you understand the need to get things actioned and completed quickly.
- You are a strong communicator and you enjoy building and maintaining successful relationships across the business.
- You have a sense of ownership, you enjoy taking initiative and leading projects through to completion.
