Head of Product Marketing
The Role
As we scale our product portfolio and expand our market footprint, we are seeking a seasoned Head of Product Marketing to lead our global GTM strategy and accelerate execution.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring the senior maturity and strategic track record to align Product, Sales, and Marketing—paired with the drive to roll up your sleeves and directly deliver the work. You will own end-to-end positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for our Vision AI platform, equipping our global sales teams (across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC) to win enterprise deals and accelerate pipeline growth.
What you’ll do (Role Responsibilities)
- Define Launch Strategies: Architect and execute comprehensive, end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, feature releases, and technology integrations.
- Resell & Partner Alignment: Collaborate with strategic hardware, cloud, and reseller partners (e.g., Google GPU, NCR, and key systems integrators) to design joint marketing programs and co-selling frameworks.
- Adoption & Growth: Track, analyze, and optimize post-launch adoption, feedback, and customer metrics to continuously refine GTM tactics.
- Craft the Narrative: Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our Vision AI and Store Intelligence capabilities from traditional legacy systems.
- Tailor by Segment: Translate complex technical innovations (Edge AI, computer vision model training, hardware partnerships) into business-focused value propositions for C-suite retail executives, store operations leaders, and loss prevention specialists.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, thought-provoking marketing assets, including whitepapers, case studies, website copy, product sheets, and executive presentations.
3. Global Sales and Partner Enablement
- Empower Sales Teams: Create the strategic collateral and playbooks needed to drive larger enterprise deals and accelerate sales cycle velocity.
- Sales Assets: Develop pitch decks, demo scripts, ROI calculators, competitive battle cards, and handling-objections playbooks tailored to regional market nuances.
- Enablement Delivery: Conduct continuous training and workshops for global sales directors, account executives, and technical pre-sales teams to align on product messaging and market strategy.
4. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis
- Voice of the Customer: Conduct deep-dive qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, purchase triggers, and operational pain points.
- Competitive Landscapes: Establish a rigorous process for monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies (Generative AI, advanced IoT), and competitive movements to keep our product roadmap ahead of the curve.
- Pricing & Packaging Strategy: Partner with Product and Finance to evaluate and optimize pricing models, SaaS subscription tiers, and reseller monetization structures.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership
- Unify Key Stakeholders: Act as a critical advisor and collaborator to Product Management, Engineering, Field Sales, and Marketing leads to align long-term roadmaps with short-term commercial goals.
- Evangelize the Brand: Represent the company at major industry events (e.g., NRF - Retail's Big Show) and customer-facing workshops to position our technology as the gold standard in Vision AI.
Profile and Skills
- Experience: 8–10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, Deep Tech, or AI platforms (Computer Vision, Retail Tech, or Store Intelligence preferred).
- Hands-On Strategic Execution: A proven "player-coach" mindset—equally adept at architecting high-level GTM strategy and personally rolling up your sleeves to build deliverables from scratch (pitch decks, battlecards, messaging frameworks, and collateral).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, bridge executive priorities across Product, Sales, and Marketing, and drive momentum in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Translating Deep Tech into Business Value: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of translating complex AI architectures into clear, compelling ROI narratives for enterprise buyers.
- Commercial & Analytical Rigor: Hands-on comfort utilizing customer data and market insights to refine GTM plays, test packaging/pricing models, and track tangible pipeline impact.
- Partner & Channel Ecosystems: Practical experience collaborating with global technology partners and enterprise reseller channels to execute joint GTM initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
