As a BI Analyst II with Everseen, you will design intuitive dashboards, build robust data models, and partner with teams across the business to enable self-service analysis.
 
You will help Everseen and our customers to make informed, data-driven decisions by transforming complex data into clear, actionable business stories.

What you’ll do

  • Data Visualization and Storytelling:
    • Utilize storytelling techniques to create intuitive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
    • Craft reports that effectively communicate insights derived from data analysis.
  • Power BI Data Modeling:
    • Define and develop Power BI data models to facilitate the creation of informative and high-value dashboards.
  • Documentation:
    • Document existing solutions to foster knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Data Quality and Reliability:
    • Identify areas for improving data reliability, performance, and quality.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
    • Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines for data processing.
    • Design reports and data processes with compliance considerations in mind to mitigate risks.
  • Share Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
    • Share skills, knowledge, and expertise across members of the BI analytics team.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning by organizing training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Collaborating With

  • Senior team members are there to support you learn and grow.
  • Partner with operations and sales groups to build advanced reports and dashboards.
  • Work with compliance team to ensure regulations and company policies around data are met by design.

Profile and Skills

  • 24-36 months experience in a similar role. Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Power BI Proficiency:
    • Proficiency with Power BI, including expertise in dashboard design and development.
    • Ability to create visually appealing and insightful dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and insights.
  • Microsoft Excel Expertise:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
    • Ability to leverage Excel's features to perform in-depth analysis and generate actionable insights.
  • SQL skills:
    • Familiarity with SQL (Structured Query Language), including experience with querying databases and performing data manipulation tasks.
    • Capability to write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently (considered a plus).
  • Structured and Analytical Thinking:
    • Possesses a structured and analytical mindset, with a natural inclination towards making sense of complex information.
    • Ability to approach data analysis systematically and derive meaningful conclusions from diverse datasets.
  • Interest in Learning and Growth Mindset:
    • Demonstrated interest in learning and a strong desire to expand knowledge in the field of BI Analysis.
    • Eagerness to explore new technologies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance BI Analysis skills and capabilities.
