The Role
 
As the Data Intelligence Sr. Product Manager, your primary goal will be to build a product line for retail customers based on Intelligence gathered with Everseen products and other 3rd party data sources to deliver, across geographies, regions, stores and lanes:
Everseen Product performance insight
Retail product inventory shrinkage insight.
 
You will work closely with our Data and Intelligence, Engineering, Research, Operations and Sales & Marketing teams to prioritize Intelligence product features, and support the development lifecycle from ideation to launch across traditional reporting delivery through dashboards, an API, and an AI based customer facing solution.
 
The successful result of this collective work will be a new revenue stream supported by market leading traditional and AI based solutions.
 

What You'll do

  • Conduct market, competitor and industry research, gather customer feedback, and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and revenue goals across all delivery vehicles including traditional reporting delivery through dashboards, an API, and an AI based customer facing solutions, including Data and Intelligence, Engineering, Research, Operations and Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Build and communicate product vision and roadmap to internal stakeholders and customers, and gather feedback to inform future product direction; monitoring product performance with data analytics to make informed product decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and use cases, and incorporate feedback into product development.

Profile and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a background in the retail industry, computer vision, machine learning and artificial intelligence development and delivery. 
  • Strong technical background with experience working with engineering teams to develop and launch software products including AI based solutions.
  • Strong experience working with sales and marketing teams to develop collateral, go to market strategy and customer engagement. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform product decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and change.  Substantial remote work possible. Travel to customers, corporate offices, trade shows, and others expected.
