Based on our office in Bologna we are hiring a:

CRM Specialist (m/w/d)

Our CRM platform is the operational backbone of our sales network — driving lead management, agent productivity, and business insights nationwide.
As our CRM Specialist, you will equip Area Managers and Real Estate Consultants with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to perform at their best.
This role combines hands-on enablement, data management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage CRM onboarding for new advisors, support daily operations in the field, and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

    • CRM Enablement & Support: Provide hands-on support to Area Managers and agents to ensure effective CRM usage in daily sales activities
    • Onboarding Trainings: Plan and deliver CRM onboarding sessions for new agents and continuously develop training materials
    • Sales Support on the Ground: Act as the “first line of support” in the field, resolving issues and guiding best practices during active business operations
    • Process & Data Quality Management: Monitor data quality, maintain database integrity, and support reporting automation using dashboards (Tableau preferred)
    • Local Needs & Feedback Management: Collect user feedback and collaborate with internal product and operations teams to drive improvements
    • Performance Monitoring: Track adoption KPIs and propose actions to increase usage, efficiency, and productivity

Your profile:

    • 2–4 years in CRM support, sales enablement, customer success, or operations
    • Experience with training delivery and user onboarding
    • Strong understanding of commercial processes and CRM workflows
    • Experience using Tableau or similar BI tools for reporting and insights
    • Data accuracy mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
    • Fluent in Italian and English
    • Availability to support both Bologna and Florence areas as needed
