Do you live in the Gstaad region, have a valid drivers license, and want to be part of an international team?
From December to April, we are looking for a motivated Rental Assistant (100%, M/F/D) to strengthen our team full-time (42h/week) in our Gstaad office.
This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, communicates confidently in English (any additional language is a plus), and wants to contribute to one of Engel & Völkers’ most successful Swiss locations.
Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will support our rental clients and take responsibility for a variety of organizational and operational tasks
- Preparing tenant arrivals, including checklists, welcome guides, and property condition documentation
- Supporting the Rental Team with day-to-day operations
- Maintaining databases, files, and property listings (physically and digitally)
- Assisting with inventories and reports before and after rentals
- Creating and updating Exposés
- Managing key documentation
