Thanks to our growing expansion, we are looking for our upcoming Tech Hub in Athens, a P&C Generalist.
About the role
The P&C Generalist is responsible to ensure a seamless HR experience for the Tech Hub employees, who will report to our HQs, while having a local HR point of contact for all their needs.
Job responsibilities
- Employee Support & Relations: act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from employees in the Tech Hub. Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding: own the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
- HR Administration: maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws, coordinate payroll, leave management and benefits administration.
- Performance Management: support employees and managers in performance review processes, goal setting, and career development discussions.
- Training & Development: identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for the Tech Hub employees.
- Compliance & Policies: ensure compliance with Greek labor laws and regulations. Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaboration with HQ: act as a liaison between the Tech Hub employees and the HR team at HQ. Provide regular updates and reports to HQ on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a multinational or tech environment. Experience in tech recruiting will be considered a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Greek labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
