Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Investment Advisor – Off-Plan to join our Dubai team on a commission-only basis. This role focuses exclusively on off-plan property sales, working closely with leading developers and high-net-worth investors.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, client-focused, and thrives in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify investors for Dubai off-plan developments
- Present investment opportunities aligned with client financial goals
- Conduct property consultations, virtual and in-person presentations
- Maintain strong relationships with developers and project sales teams
- Stay up to date with market trends, launches, and pricing strategies
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain a strong personal brand within the luxury real estate sector
Requirements
- Experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan experience preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to generate own leads and build a pipeline
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
