Thanks to our growing expansion, we are looking for our Marketcenter in Athens, a Team Coordinator.
About the role
The Team Coordinator oversees and facilitates team operations to ensure effective collaboration and productivity. The role manages schedules, coordinates meetings and communicates tasks among team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Support of the sales manager and the sales team on the daily business.
- Organization and supervision of meetings, appointments and presentations.
- Coordination of activities among departments.
- Creation of property profiles and other documentation.
- Administrative duties required such as managing the database, preparing reports, handling incoming inquiries and emails, taking minutes etc.
- Provide weekly sales / leasing reports.
- Preparation and filing of legal documents.
- Customer service support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or diploma.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Fluent in Greek and English language, written and spoken.
- Highly motivated and team-oriented.
- Highly organized with professional communication and coordinating skills.
- Accustomed to multitasking.
