Sales Manager – Palm Jumeirah, you will:
Lead, motivate, and grow your own specialised sales team for the Palm Jumeirah market.
Recruit, mentor, and coach new and experienced agents to achieve peak performance.
Drive team sales targets, set strategies, and monitor KPIs.
Act as the go-to expert on Palm Jumeirah, building deep knowledge of its communities, trends, and clientele.
Continue to transact personally as an agent, earning commissions on your own deals while also benefiting from team overrides.
Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients and developers.
Negotiate and close high-value transactions confidently.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven success in Dubai real estate, ideally with Palm Jumeirah experience.
Demonstrated leadership ability and a track record in mentoring or managing agents.
Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
15,000 د.إ - 100,000 د.إ a month
