About your team

Responsibilities
- Develop short and long-term business strategy and objectives for an affiliate content-based blog focused on monetization.
- Set aggressive KPIs (e.g., revenue, conversions, and affiliate partnerships) to drive rapid expansion.
- High P&L ownership, including forecasting, managing costs, tracking revenues, and ensuring overall profitability.
- Develop and integrate unique selling propositions (USPS) into the content strategy to fuel rapid business expansion and high growth.
- Oversee and coordinate the efforts of Editorial, SEO, and Affiliate teams, ensuring alignment in content creation, optimization, and monetization strategies.
- Leverage conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices and iterative A/B testing to maximize content performance, boost conversion rates, and drive significant revenue increases.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, pageviews) using analytics tools like Google Analytics and MixPanel, and adjust strategies to accelerate content performance.
- Direct affiliate manager to increase payouts, by providing data, and viable proposals for new/old partners to negotiate higher commissions, secure exclusive offers, and coordinate promotional campaigns that enhance revenue.
- Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities and product angles, executing promotional editorial strategies and partnerships to support high margins.
- Prepare and present regular performance and forecasting reports to leadership, highlighting key insights, successes, and opportunities for further acceleration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and monetizing successful affiliate content-based projects, with a demonstrated track record of high growth.
- Strong background in fully owning P&L management—including cost control, revenue tracking, and forecasting—to drive aggressive growth and profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to develop high-growth strategies, integrate unique selling propositions, and achieve rapid commercial success in a digital environment.
- In-depth understanding of editorial, SEO, and affiliate monetization strategies, with experience managing these functions in a cross-functional environment.
- Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) practices and running iterative A/B tests to enhance content performance and drive significant improvements in conversions.
- Proficient in interpreting data from analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, MixPanel) to derive actionable insights and create effective forecasting roadmaps.
- Exceptional ability to manage complex projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to lead teams, build strategic partnerships, and effectively communicate insights to senior leadership.
- Ability to rapidly pivot strategies in response to market changes, competitor activities, and emerging trends, ensuring the content strategy remains innovative and primed for high growth.
