About your team 

The Operations team is the engine that keeps Eneba running smoothly behind the scenes. We act as true business partners to the entire organization, helping teams work efficiently, solving day-to-day challenges, and continuously improving the way things operate across Eneba.

As an Office Administrator, you’ll be a key part of making sure everything flows seamlessly — from office logistics and internal support to helping teams stay focused on what they do best. You’ll collaborate closely with the Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Engineering, Marketing, and many other teams, ensuring that our workplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a great employee experience.

No two days will look exactly the same, but here are the things you’ll help keep on track:

  • Managing and ordering office supplies
  • Coordinating office services (maintenance, cleaning, car wash, etc.)
  • Purchasing items and coordinating deliveries
  • Supporting internal documentation and administrative processes
  • Assisting with travel planning and logistics
  • Organizing office meals and catering
  • Supporting internal event logistics
  • Helping with onboarding logistics for new team members
  • Handling various ad-hoc administrative or personal support tasks when needed
  • Contributing to administrative and operational improvement projects

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year of experience in administrative, coordination, hospitality, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told twice.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information responsibly.
  • Driver’s license (required).

€18,000 - €21,600 a year
*Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
*We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
