Responsibilities
- Build and scale a strong network of affiliate partners and affiliate networks, with a focus on direct deals and high-quality content publishers.
- Take full ownership of affiliate strategy and execution, driving initiatives from planning to measurable business results.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing partners to ensure strong performance and sustainable growth.
- Monitor, track, and analyze affiliate performance and campaign results, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize and scale the program.
- Negotiate partnership terms, campaign models, and pricing structures to improve overall efficiency and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure affiliate activities align with broader user acquisition and growth goals.
- Communicate proactively and clearly, sharing insights, performance updates, and strategic reasoning with transparency.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, identifying new opportunities and adjusting strategies to maintain a leading market position.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, with proven background in scale-ups, start-ups, or other fast-paced environments (must-have).
- Strong understanding of B2C marketing dynamics, with experience driving growth in consumer-focused products (must-have).
- Proven ability to initiate, lead, and close negotiations while building high-performing affiliate partnerships from the ground up.
- Demonstrated success managing a large portfolio of partners while maintaining strong quality, performance, and long-term value.
- Strong ownership mindset - proactive, self-driven, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in an ever-changing business environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and the confidence to take initiative, while knowing when to seek collaboration and support from the team.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel or similar), with a strong focus on user event analysis to drive performance and optimization decisions.
- Familiarity with website intelligence and SEO tools such as Similarweb, Ahrefs, or equivalent platforms.
- Genuine interest in the mobile gaming industry, including its trends, audience behavior, and growth opportunities.
€26,400 - €32,500 a year
* Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
* We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
