AI-native Product Designer/Builder
Eneba is a marketplace trusted by 20M+ active users — and we're entering our next phase of scale. We're looking for a designer who doesn't just use AI tools but thinks in them: running research synthesis with AI, accelerating prototyping cycles, and producing handoff-ready specs that engineers can move on immediately.
This role sits inside a cross-functional pod owning key marketplace surfaces: discovery, checkout, trust, and growth loops. You'll work on a complex two-sided marketplace where buyer and seller dynamics create genuinely hard design problems and you'll have the autonomy and tooling to solve them fast.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end discovery and delivery for marketplace features within your product pod
-
Use AI tools to compress research and synthesis cycles — turning user interviews, session data, and analytics into insights in hours, not weeks
-
Produce engineer-ready handoff specs using AI-assisted documentation and near-code prototyping (e.g. Claude Code/Design)
-
Redesign and elevate core marketplace journeys: discovery, evaluation, checkout, payments, and trust
-
Design and iterate on experiments with measurable business outcomes, conversion, retention, GMV
-
Partner with PMs and engineers in a fast-moving pod with high autonomy and short feedback loops
-
Raise the bar for craft and design quality across the product organisation
Requirements
-
Active AI fluency - you already use AI for research synthesis, writing design specs, exploring interaction directions, or prototyping. Not curious about it: doing it.
-
Senior experience designing complex digital products; marketplace or e-commerce background strongly preferred
-
Comfort with near-code tooling, Cursor, Claude Code or similar, to prototype and validate fast
-
Strong systems thinking applied to multi-sided marketplace problems: buyer/seller dynamics, trust, payments, and risk
-
Strong business model understanding and stellar product sense.
-
Proven ability to design for outcomes, experiments, funnels, and measurable impact, not just deliverables
-
High ownership and autonomy, you identify the problem, shape the brief, and drive it to shipped
-
Strong product and commercial judgement; you understand how design decisions affect the business
