About the team 

The Product Design Team is made up of a strong team of professionals with vast experience and expertise. We operate as a decentralized team, with each Product Designer assigned to an autonomous product team, creating independence and agility. While we aim for ambitious goals, we prioritize delivering small, iterative chunks to ensure a good delivery cadence and conduct A/B testing in the marketplace. Guided by a user-centered design approach, we champion the needs of the end user while ensuring alignment with business objectives within our Product Team. We are a hungry, curious, and brave team. While we value diverse opinions and collaboration, we ultimately rely on data as the ultimate decision-maker.

Responsibilities

    • Lead the end-to-end design process within the Product Team for our digital products (desktop, mobile web, and app), which includes ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
    • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to define clear product requirements and design solutions that align with both user needs and business objectives.
    • Conduct research, analyze feedback, and gather insights from various data points to formulate informed hypotheses within the Product Team.
    • Develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design solutions to stakeholders.
    • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights to enhance user experience and achieve measurable outcomes.
    • Demonstrate the ability to identify root causes and formulate hypotheses for experimentation, driving innovation and improvement in Product Team and performance.
    • Possess strong visual design skills to create solutions that effectively address customer problems and enhance user experience.

Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on design experience, ideally working with customer-facing products within a product team.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop hypotheses based on both quantitative and qualitative data and iterate quickly based on insights provided.
    • Capability to pivot effectively and adapt to changes in user behavior, data findings, or company goals.
    • Proficient understanding of design thinking and other user-centered methodologies, with expertise in interaction design, typography, UX copywriting, composition, layout, and information architecture principles.
    • Familiarity with leading design software tools such as Figma, as well as a solid understanding of data interpretation tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel/Amplitude, and Google Analytics.
    • Blend a keen analytical sense with empathy for users, demonstrating the ability to consider the bigger picture while prioritizing user needs.
    • Confidence in articulating and defending design ideas, whether in one-on-one discussions or presentations to larger groups and C-level executives.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Experience in LLM/Ai will be beneficial
€36,000 - €66,000 a year
*Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
