About Your Team
Our mission is to build content that helps millions of gamers discover, learn, and make better purchasing decisions while driving sustainable organic growth for Eneba. We combine data, creativity, and experimentation to identify new opportunities, expand into new content verticals, and continuously improve the performance of our existing content.
As an On-Page SEO Specialist, you'll work closely with Content Leads, Editors, and SEO specialists to shape content strategies, uncover new growth opportunities, and turn insights into measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning strategy—not just executing it—and thrives on finding scalable ways to grow organic traffic.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, traffic, and business performance across multiple content verticals.
- Analyze existing content performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend improvements based on SEO and business data.
- Conduct in-depth keyword, competitor, and SERP research to uncover new content opportunities and optimize existing pages.
- Discover and validate new content niches that can expand Eneba's organic presence and support long-term growth.
- Build content roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on impact, business value, and search demand.
- Collaborate closely with Content Leads, Editors, and other marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated throughout the content creation process.
- Monitor SEO performance, measure the impact of optimization efforts, and continuously iterate based on results.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve research, content planning, and SEO workflows.
- Stay up to date with search engine developments, industry trends, and evolving SEO best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in on-page SEO, content strategy, or organic growth within an e-commerce, marketplace, or content-driven business.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO best practices, search intent, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Proven ability to develop SEO strategies that directly contribute to business metrics such as traffic, conversions, or revenue.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities through data and turn insights into action.
Experience conducting competitor research and evaluating content performance across multiple content verticals. - High level of ownership and confidence in independently identifying opportunities rather than waiting for direction.
- Experience working with SEO and analytics tools such as Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable using AI/LLM tools (such as Claude or Gemini) to enhance research, strategy development, and productivity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across content, SEO, and marketing teams.
€23,280 - €29,346 a year
