Responsibilities

Eneba is one of the fastest-growing digital marketplaces in gaming. We're building a talent acquisition function that operates like a data product - real-time visibility, automated workflows, and decisions backed by evidence rather than gut feel. This is a new role that sits at the intersection of TA, data, and AI.

As our Talent Intelligence Analyst you'll own the data and reporting layer for our entire recruiting operation - building the dashboards our recruiters use daily, the KPI scorecards that go to leadership, and the pipelines that connect our tools into one coherent system. You'll use AI to surface insights and cut manual work, and lead talent market research - mapping competitor hiring, talent pool availability, and skills trends - to help the team hire smarter and faster.

This isn't a role for someone who analyses data in isolation. You'll sit inside the TA team, understand the nuance of every metric, and translate numbers into decisions that change how we hire.

  • Own and evolve TA reporting and analytics (pipeline metrics, conversion rates, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Prepare executive-ready scorecards and use trend data to forecast hiring demand, identify capacity gaps, and support headcount planning.
  • Lead talent market intelligence projects: map competitor hiring patterns, identify emerging talent pools, and deliver actionable insights to guide sourcing strategy.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven and automation solutions to streamline sourcing, screening, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or Visier) to visualise key TA metrics including hiring speed, funnel velocity, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios.
  • Analyse bottlenecks within the recruitment funnel and provide recommendations to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate experience.
  • Conduct industry mapping and talent landscape research to identify key target companies and talent pools.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across ATS and HRIS platforms - define standards, identify discrepancies, and keep reporting built on clean inputs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a Talent Intelligence, Talent Sourcing, TA analytics, or data analyst role - with experience using data to drive recruiting strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with talent intelligence and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Findem, Eightfold, or similar - and able to translate data from these tools into actionable hiring recommendations.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports that non-technical stakeholders actually use.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous requirements from stakeholders into structured data models and reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication - you can explain a metric to a recruiter and to a CFO.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction; hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Visier); advanced Excel skills.
€40,000 - €66,000 a year
Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
