Responsibilities
- Drive innovation in SEO through experimentation with new techniques and technologies, including AI, programmatic SEO, and automation, while conducting competitor analysis and adapting to algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strategize, implement and launch SEO projects and features to enhance organic performance, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Monitor and assess SEO metrics, providing proactive insights and data-driven recommendations to inform continuous improvement decisions.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research for a wide range of products, categories, and landing pages across multiple languages.
- Manage keyword localization and organic performance in targeted regions, considering cultural and linguistic nuances as well as regional search engine behaviors.
- Identify and resolve complex issues impacting search engine rankings and overall digital presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO best practices into various projects.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in SEO, digital marketing, AI technologies, and Google algorithm updates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in SEO, with demonstrated success in an e-commerce environment.
- Expertise in SEO research and discovery, with a proven track record of integrating new methods, technologies, or tactics, particularly in leveraging AI and programmatic SEO to drive innovation and results.
- High proficiency in on-page SEO techniques and a deep understanding of their impact on organic search performance, especially within large-scale e-commerce settings.
- Experience managing SEO operations for large-scale e-commerce sites, including diverse products, categories, and extensive landing page portfolios.
- Advanced knowledge of linguistic nuances and the ability to adapt SEO strategies to regional search engine behaviors and audience preferences.
- Proficient in using tools like Google Search Console (GSC), Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, and other advanced SEO platforms for comprehensive website performance analysis, competitive research, and SEO tracking.
- Proven ability to identify and solve SEO challenges using strong analytical skills and leveraging automation tools for strategic solution implementation.
€23,000 - €36,000 a year
*Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
*We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
