Responsibilities

    • Own and scale Google Search, Shopping & Performance Max across multiple global markets with full revenue responsibility
    • Manage large country accounts with +$50k daily budget, driving measurable business impact
    • Build campaign structures from scratch when launching new products or entering new markets
    • Scale evergreen products with consistent, long-term demand through continuous hands-on ad creation, testing and optimization directly inside the account
    • Translate business goals into clear performance strategies and execution plans
    • Perform deep keyword and product feed analysis to improve efficiency and scalability
    • Continuously monitor, optimize and improve overall account performance
    • Drive new user acquisition and sustainable revenue growth
    • Work with large datasets to uncover insights and adjust strategy accordingly
    • Partner closely with Commercial, Product and Marketing teams to align paid strategy with margin and growth goals
    • Actively use AI and automation tools to move faster and scale smarter

Requirements

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong ecommerce focus
    • Proven expertise in Google Shopping and Performance Max, including managing large product catalogs (10,000+ SKUs) and maintaining strong product feed health
    • Experience owning multi-regional accounts with high daily budgets ($20k+) and full performance responsibility
    • Strong analytical mindset as comfortable working with large datasets, attribution logic, funnel dynamics and performance forecasting
    • Ability to translate business goals into structured campaign strategies and measurable results
    • High level of ownership and accountability (think in revenue, not just metrics)
    • Comfortable using automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and scale performance
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
€42,000 - €52,000 a year
*Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
*We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
