Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.

As a Product Manager (EMI & Acquiring) at Eneba, you are the architect of our fintech future. This isn't just another PM role; it is a high-impact, greenfield initiative where you will build internal acquiring capabilities and EMI infrastructure from the ground up. We are looking for a specialist with direct domain expertise in acquiring licenses and EMI environments. You won't just be managing a roadmap—you’ll be the first dedicated product leader for this branch, working alongside senior leadership to transform Eneba from a marketplace into a fintech powerhouse. You will bridge the gap between complex regulatory requirements and scalable technical infrastructure. Your focus will be twofold: securing our operational independence through licensing (EMI/Acquiring) and building the core systems that will eventually serve both our internal ecosystem and external clients.

Responsibilities

    • Strategic Product Leadership: Define the vision for Eneba’s internal acquiring core system and drive the roadmap for EMI licensing
    • Infrastructure Build: Own the end-to-end development of core fintech infrastructure, including integrations with major partners (e.g., Silverflow) and designing UX for internal reporting/data systems
    • Navigating Global Standards: Translate rigid regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements into seamless product workflows, ensuring Eneba meets every central bank benchmark while maintaining a friction-less ecosystem
    • Business Scaling: Beyond the initial build, you will expand the solution into a standalone fintech business capability, eventually building and leading an autonomous product team
    • Fintech Evolution: Oversee Refilled-related fintech developments, ensuring total alignment with our marketplace’s payment evolution
    • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical and product liaison for central banks, banking partners, and the Eneba executive team

Requirements

    • Domain Expertise: You have direct, hands-on experience in acquiring and EMI environments. This is mandatory, we need someone who knows the "why" and "how" of fintech licensing
    • Structured Product Thinking: You can navigate ambiguity, perform deep root-cause analysis, and make data-informed decisions under pressure
    • Regulatory Comfort: You don't just tolerate compliance; you know how to weaponize it to create a more robust product
    • Ownership Mentality: You thrive in high-autonomy environments and have a track record of taking products from zero to one
    • AI-First Mindset: You are enthusiastic about leveraging AI/LLM tools to optimize traditional fintech workflows and regulatory operations
€60,000 - €70,000 a month
