About Your Team

Responsibilities

    • Lead, develop and scale a high-performing Google Ads team across multiple global markets
    • Own overall performance across Search, Shopping and Performance Max with full revenue responsibility
    • Manage large multi-country accounts with significant daily budgets
    • Set clear performance targets aligned with business and margin goals
    • Structure account strategy across markets, categories and product priorities
    • Review campaign structures, feed logic and performance strategy to ensure high standards
    • Support launches of new products and new geographies from a paid acquisition perspective
    • Work closely with Commercial, Product and Marketing teams to align paid strategy with business growth
    • Develop team processes, testing frameworks and scaling strategies
    • Drive adoption of AI, automation and new Google features within the team
    • Stay hands-on enough to challenge strategy, guide optimization and step in when needed

Requirements

    • Proven experience leading and managing a Google Ads team (people management is a must)
    • Strong experience with Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max
    • Experience managing multi-market ecommerce accounts with large daily budgets
    • Experience coaching, reviewing and developing performance marketers
    • Strong business understanding, have the ablity to connect paid performance with revenue and margin goals
    • Confident decision-maker under scale and pressure
    • Deep understanding of ecommerce, product feeds and large catalogs
    • Comfortable staying hands-on while leading a team
    • Experience using AI and automation tools to improve team output
    • Fluent in English
€45,000 - €56,000 a year
