About the team 

We are the Marketing Team. We are driving growth in a sustainable way to become the leading marketplace for gamers. We obsess over merging data-driven optimization, entertainment, and creativity. Responsibilities

    • Build and scale long-term creative content strategy, set revenue-driven goals and meet KPIs.
    • Lead the Content & Ops team, forming a clear quarterly roadmap in line with the wider business strategy, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
    • Oversee the development of multi-channel content projects, involving newsletters, on-site, social media, influencers, performance, and PR, to meet business objectives.
    • Ideate and approve performance copy and visual briefs for monthly content campaigns, ensuring brand guidelines quality and high creativity standards.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product stakeholders to coordinate the design and execution of buyer journeys, A/B tests, and new content performance features.
    • Monitor user behavior throughout their journey, evaluate outcomes, provide insights, and set the next steps for continuous improvement.
    • Ideate, set, track, and analyze performance goals to measure content projects’ success and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in a Creative Growth Manager or simillar role.
    • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating success in designing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
    • Exceptional creative skills with the ability to ideate compelling narratives, copies, targeted messaging, and visual briefs.
    • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with different departments and divisions.
    • Deep understanding of customer behavior, A/B testing practices, and the ability to apply insights to enhance user journeys.
    • Extensive experience in multi-channel marketing, including social media, on-site, newsletters, PR, and influencers.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills to align teams, present insights, and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal departments.
