About the team 

We are the Marketing Team. We are driving growth in a sustainable way to become the leading marketplace for gamers. We obsess over merging data-driven optimization, entertainment, and creativity. Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the data analytics team to conduct user segmentation and cohort analysis to identify key buyer personas and provide actionable insights for targeted marketing strategies.
    • Lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including newsletters, on-site, social media, influencers, performance, and SEO, to drive user growth and engagement.
    • Ideate and create performance copy and visual briefs for monthly campaigns, ensuring a compelling narrative across all marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product stakeholders to design and execute comprehensive buyer journeys, A/B tests, and new features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Monitor user behavior throughout their journey, evaluate outcomes, provide insights, and set the next steps for continuous improvement.
    • Ideate, set, track, and analyze performance goals to measure campaigns’ success and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in a Creative Growth Manager or similar role.
    • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating success in designing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
    • Exceptional creative skills with the ability to develop compelling narratives, copies, targeted messaging, and briefs.
    • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with different departments and divisions.
    • Deep understanding of customer behavior, A/B testing practices, and the ability to apply insights to enhance user journeys.
    • Extensive experience in multi-channel marketing, including social media, on-site, social media, newsletters, influencers, performance, SEO, and affiliates.
    • Versatility to adapt to changing market conditions and quickly turn existing strategies to meet new challenges.
€34,000 - €48,000 a year
*Salary ranges may vary. We’re seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
*We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
