- Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction of the Gift Card category, developing and implementing initiatives to drive sales growth, profitability, and market share.
- Focus on on-platform performance of the Gift Card Category by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Business Development, Product, Business Analytics) to ensure seamless category operations and the success of the category.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure in-game products are presented on eneba.com in a clear, informative, and visually appealing manner that resonates with target audiences.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key products and optimal product offerings, including product variations and end user value proposition.
- Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining a competitive edge.
- Analyze the sales funnel and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize category performance (focusing on commercial aspects and collaborating with the Product Team on platform-related aspects).
- Leverage data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity, utilizing these insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage and optimize the product assortment within the category, ensuring a curated selection that meets customer needs and maximizes profitability.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and regulations impacting the mobile games market and in-app purchases.
- Stay abreast of new developments and technologies within the gaming industry, identifying opportunities to enhance Eneba's competitive advantage.
- Ensure the tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the category, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a relevant e-commerce, gaming or digital goods company, ideally in a category management or related role.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and profitability within a competitive environment.
- In-depth understanding of mobile game ecosystems and player behavior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated experience with competitor analysis and developing effective pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A passion for gaming and a comprehensive understanding of the current gaming landscape.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within e-commerce and mobile gaming
- Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Experience with digital marketing best practices and e-commerce operations.
- Fluency in English.
